Apprenticeship for internal OKR Agents
DEVELOPING CONFIDENT OKR FACILITATORS: Becoming a skilled OKR facilitator takes more than a quick 2-3 day training. This apprenticeship program provides the hands-on experience, feedback, and guidance needed to master OKR facilitation over multiple cycles.

HOW THE APPRENTICESHIP WORKS:
- 1st OKR Cycle:
- You observe: I facilitate the workshop while you watch and learn.
- Together, we reflect, share insights, and give feedback.
- 2nd OKR Cycle:
- You assist: You help me facilitate the workshop.
- We reflect and exchange feedback to refine your skills.
- 3rd OKR Cycle:
- You facilitate: You lead the workshop, and I support you.
- We reflect and fine-tune your approach with constructive feedback.
- 4th OKR Cycle:
- You lead independently: You facilitate, and I observe.
- We reflect, ensuring you’re ready to confidently run sessions on your own.
- 5th OKR Cycle:
- You mentor: You facilitate while a new apprentice observes.
- We all reflect, and the OKR facilitator community continues to grow.
